At Aatish, we take pride in our quality and designs. If your purchase isn’t a perfect fit or doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help you with a hassle-free exchange.
Please review our policy guidelines below:
1. Exchange Timeline & Policy

Exchange Only: We offer exchanges or store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds.

Timeline: You must notify us and initiate an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Condition of the Item: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all Aaatish tags securely attached.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
To protect our business and hygiene standards, we cannot accept exchanges on:

Items bought on Sale or during promotional events.

Custom-tailored or altered outfits.

Outfits showing visible signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume scents, or damage.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange

Take a picture of the item showing the tags attached.

Once approved, you will pack the parcel safely and ship it back to our warehouse.
📦 Note on Shipping Costs:
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, Aatish will bear 100% of the return shipping costs and send you a replacement free of charge.
If you want an exchange due to size preference or change of mind, the customer will bear the return courier charges.
