Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aatish. We strive to deliver your favourite outfits to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process and deliver your orders:

Standard Delivery: All orders across Pakistan are typically delivered within 5 to 6 working days after order verification.
Peak Seasons & Sales: During major sale events, festive seasons, or new collection launches, delivery may take 8 to 9 working days due to high order volumes.
Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same working day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard Shipping: We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 on all orders across Pakistan.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 10,000. (Must be paid in advance).

Verification Call/WhatsApp: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to verify your address before dispatching the order. Unverified orders will automatically be cancelled after 48 hours.
Tracking: Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email so you can monitor your delivery live.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your convenience.
Important Note: Customers are requested to pay the courier rider the exact order amount before opening the parcel. Couriers do not allow parcels to be opened before payment due to international and local courier company regulations.

If your parcel arrives in a damaged condition or the courier seal is broken, please do not accept the delivery and contact our customer support team immediately via WhatsApp.
Aatish is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, political strikes, or courier company issues, but we will fully assist you in tracking and speeding up the process.
